What is Eyebrow Lamination?

The latest beauty secret is brow lamination, which thickens and enhances your natural brows. A setting lotion is used in this procedure to give your brow hair a semi-permanent "brushed up" fuller and an elevated appearance.

This works for any type of brow! Whether you have thick, coarse, thin, or over-plucked eyebrows, lamination is your one-stop solution to give you an everyday look you want, without all the effort.

What is Eyebrow Tinting?

An eyebrow tint is a semi-permanent dye that darkens and defines your brow hairs (including those small, hard-to-see hairs that you may not even be aware are there) for up to six weeks before fading. The tint hue is fully customizable, and once you've told the brow expert what you want, they'll blend the dye to match your color (which usually ends up being the same shade as your natural hair color or half a shade to a full shade darker). The dye takes only five to ten minutes to work before being wiped away by the expert (or you at home), leaving you with instantaneously bolder, fuller-looking brows.

Before Your Appointment- Lamination and Tint

1.) 48 hours before your appointment, have your eyebrows waxed/threaded/plucked to your desired look and shape.

2.) DO NOT apply Retin-A, anti-aging creams containing Retinol, AHA, or exfoliate around the brow area 72 Hours before your appointment.

3.) If you are using or have been using Accutane anytime for the last 12 months, please let me know immediately.

4.) If you are having your eyebrows tinted- please bring with you what products you currently are using to fill them in with.

5.) On the day of your appointment, please come in with a clean, makeup-free face.

Lamination Aftercare

Avoid the following 24-48 HRS After Your Appointment

1.)In the 48 hours following your treatment, you can apply the brow oil provided in your take-home kit to your brows daily. Try to brush it on in thin, even layers for the best results.

2.) We also recommend brushing your brows in an upright/styled position anytime following a shower (or after getting your brows wet) after the first 24 hours to help keep their new shape.

Tinting Aftercare

1.) DO NOT get your eyebrows wet for at least 24 HRS

2.) Opt for a GEL and CREAM-based cleanser. Please make sure it's oil-free. Oil strips the tint from your brows, which means you'll have to return from the salon sooner than you'd like.

3.) If your brows look too dark, don't worry- it WILL fade. It's important that the color is a little darker to begin with, so the tint lasts. The initial darkness will only last a few days and will get a little closer to the right color every time you cleanse your face.
